Bijou Peterborough Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all gift cards issued by Bijou Peterborough. By purchasing or using a Bijou gift card, you agree to the following:

1. Validity

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Expired gift cards will not be accepted and cannot be extended or reactivated.

2. Redemption

• Gift cards can be redeemed in person at Bijou Peterborough for drinks, food, and experiences.

• They cannot be used for online purchases or exchanged for cash.

• Gift cards must be presented at the time of payment.

3. Partial Use

• If the total amount is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use within the validity period.

• No cash change will be given.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

• Bijou Peterborough is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

• Treat your gift card like cash – lost cards will not be replaced or refunded.

5. Non-Refundable

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• They also cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

6. Age Restrictions

• Gift cards may only be used by individuals aged 18 or over.

• Valid photo ID may be required upon redemption, especially for alcohol purchases.

7. Bookings

• While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance, particularly for weekends or special events.

• Possession of a gift card does not guarantee entry or availability.

8. Promotional Gift Cards

• Gift cards received as part of promotions or giveaways may carry additional restrictions and shorter expiry periods.

9. Abuse or Fraud

• We reserve the right to cancel any gift card that is suspected to be fraudulent, tampered with, or used in breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

• Use of the gift card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
